SHIPPING POLICY ::
SJC uses USPS First Class with tracking and delivery confirmation. If you would like to use another method (Priority, Express, etc.) please contact us before the time of your purchase.
Orders usually ship within 1-3 weeks following payment. If you are in need of your purchase at a sooner date please contact us and we will do our best to fulfill your request.
All of our jewelry arrives ready for gift giving in either a jewelry bag or jewelry box.
REFUNDS AND EXCHANGES ::
Variations in depth of lettering, spacing, and words/symbol placement should not be viewed as a flaw on your piece. Each letter is hand-stamped individually, which results in variation and creates a one of a kind piece. Which we think is pretty rad!
If you are not fully satisfied with your product, please contact us before leaving any negative feedback. It is SJC's goal to satisfy each and every customer.
All orders are FINAL SALE, because these pieces are hand-stamped for you.
We do NOT accept any exchanges for chain lengths once your order has been processed, made, and shipped. Any request for a change in chain length must be done before the production of your item has begun.
If your clasp, chain, or jump rings break, it can be replaced or fixed, but must be reported within 30 days of receiving your item. Please contact us asap if you have any issues with your jewelry and we will be glad to help you.
If for any reason a necklace is returned to us to be fixed, please note that you will be responsible for the shipping costs. We do not replace any lost stones, necklaces, or cuffs.
Any cancelled orders will be subject to a $4.00 processing charge. The order can only be cancelled if your jewelry has not yet began item production. Please keep this in mind when making your purchase.
